In today’s society, a dream house would typically refer to owning a unit in the condominium or landed property. However for Haslina, she dreamed of living a peaceful and laidback lifestyle in an atap house in a rural area. Unlike the current accessibility landscape, she hoped to be able go walk up steps in the world that she envisioned. This may be contrary to the fact that Haslina permanently relies on a wheelchair to go places and ramps are an essential part of mobility, but she is still being hopeful of her dream house.
